Bartender 9.4 Sr3 Reprint Console - Label Image Not Displaying
Hi. I am wondering where the label image is being cached.
I ask because on the server the label images display perfectly, but on all remote consoles they do not. Is there a way to fix this?

It depends on what information's being saved to the database.
In the Administer>Log Setup menu, under Database Log, there is a section listed as 'advanced options'. If the 'Image of the Printed Item(s)' box is checked, it will pull the image directly from the database. If the 'Copy of the BarTender Document' box is checked it will generate the image from that. However, if neither of those are checked, it will try to go out, pull the label from the original location, and create the image from that.
The best way to resolve this would be to enable image logging.

I don't see any of those options. I am using version 9.4 SR3 Enterprise.
Under TOOLS there is just the GENERAL OPTIONS.

Make sure you're looking in BarTender, not Reprint Console to see those options.
