"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {B9425246-4131-11D2-BE48-004005A04EDF} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))"
Any insight as to what is happening here ...

1. Make sure that you are running either the Enterprise Automation edition or the Trial edition with some trial period left, otherwise BT-WPS will not work.
2. In a few days time we will release BarTender v10.0 SR2 which will include various "under the hood" improvements to BT-WPS. Keep an eye on the below webpage and download SR2 when it becomes available.

Ian, we are using the trial version which was downloaded a day back. Is it possible to contact Tech support people.
I am evaluating Bartender and need to decide on this ASAP, your help would be highly appreciated0
