What Is "the Install Section Of The Startmenu Program"?

I'm just trying to use BarTender for the first time. The Getting Started manual says on page 14, to install printer drivers "from the Install section of the StartMenu program, click Printer Drivers by Seagull". What is the "StartMenu program"?

  Hello Rowan,
  
  The "Start Menu" would refer to the Setup Manager you open from BarTender's CD, from which you can install BarTender and the Seagull printer drivers. However, in order to have the most up to date drivers, please download them from our website:
  http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/free-windows-printer-drivers-download.aspx
  
  Unzip the files to the "c:\Seagull" folder (by default) and you will now find the "DriverWizard.exe" assistant on this folder. Use it for installing the Seagull printer driver for your printer (and if it's a USB printer, first have Windows PnP detect the printer, and then open the DriverWizard and complete the installation).
