Can I Install Bt-A3 In Two Pcs?
I need to install the software on each of the PCs.
How many licenses do I need to purchase one or two?

The Automation edition uses a printer-based license which allows for multiple users. All you need to do is to ensure that each PC has access to the location that you're going to install the Seagull License Server to, and you can install BarTender to any number of PC's.0 -

So I'm not really sure how we did this, but I think it might be a licensing issue. We have BarTender setup on our computers at work and we use a cab e4 label printer to print off labels for the gear we service. It never worked particularly well, but we got along until I (in my infinite wisdom) decided to copy the files and templates from one user to another on the same computer. This somehow switched us into a trial mode, and the printer has not worked right since. It was never really working right to begin with, but now we have to shut it off and turn it back on just to get a single label to print.
When it was "working" it would print off at least 2 to 3, leave 4 or so blank, and then print a few more. This was irritating but it still worked. Now it doesn't work at all. Any ideas what we could do to fix this? I hope this is an alright area to post this question. I'm a little lost to be honest, and any help to fix this would be so appreciated.

You could reinstall BarTender and printer drivers for this cab printer from scratch by following this procedure:
- Make a backup of the BarTender documents and components.
- Deactivate Seagull License Server (or BarTender if it's a Professional / Basic Edition of BarTender).
- Uninstall BarTender via Add / Remove Programs.
- Uninstall the printer driver by using the "DriverWizard.exe" Seagull tool which you'll normally find on the "c:\Seagull" folder.
- Give the computer a restart and reinstall BarTender. If you don't have a link for BT, you can download BT from here: http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/label-software/barcode-label-printing-software-download.aspx. Make sure that the right version of BT is installed.
- Download our latest drivers for your cab printer from our website: http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/drivers/windows-printer-drivers-download.aspx. Extract the driver files to the "c:\Seagull" folder. Use the "DriverWizard.exe" for installing the latest drivers (for USB connected printers, first let Windows detect the PnP printer, then start DriverWizard.exe, choose to install new printer driver and you'll see that our DriverWizard tool has detected the USB connected printer.
