Installation Error 1324
Hi,
I'm trying to install/upgrade 10.0 version and I get Error 1324
As you can see I copied the installation package into the C: drive and I'm running it off from there. Windows 7 Pro. SP1.
Any suggestions?

Hello MisaNDS,
Could you let me know from exactly which folder are you running the installation file? Ca I understand that you are using the downloaded file from our website to install the software?
If you log in this computer with an admin account and try installing BarTender, do you get the same error?
Could you show me the full path to your user account's "Documents" folder?

Hi Fernando,
I was able to figure it out with the assistance of an online blog. There was a problem with the Registry path. I was able to change the Registry using the following path in the Registry Editor:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Explorer/Shell Folders/Personal
Then changed to the correct path for My Documents. That fixed the problem and I was able to install the new version(10.0) onto all users.
