Transfer Of License

I have an old computer that is being taken out of service and a new computer I am installing.

The old PC has BarTender Pro.  I need to move the License from the old PC to the new one.

 

I found the following in the FAQ:

 

How do I move an activated copy of BarTender (or the Seagull License Server) from one computer to another?

A : Moving an activated copy of the software is a simple two-step process. First, make sure that you have your Product Key Code on hand

 

 

Unfortunately the older computer was set up before I came to the company and the Product Key Code has been misplaced over time.

 

Is there a way to recover the Product Key Code from the old PC?

Or, is there another way to transfer the license?
