Setup Email Warnings
We have a ticketing system for the IT department and have setup the email notifications. We are able to properly communicate with the email server and send test emails into our ticket system without issue. We are just having trouble figuring out which error message is the proper one for the information we need.
1. We are looking for an auto email when all of our printer licenses are used up.
2. For selected messages we have ID 2201, 2202, and 2203 selected.
What is the correct message ID to select to get notifications for when printer licensing is used up?

In BarTender you should specify application messages #1401 "You have exceeded your maximum number of <number> licensed printers. BarTender will not print or export printer code templates until this is corrected." and #1406 "The number of licensed BarTenders has been exceeded. BarTender will now run in demonstration mode where one character per printed barcode or text field will be changed." In fact I would select the entire #14xx range.

Hi,
I might be being a bit dumb but I can't see how to enable the #1400 range. When I click on the Select Messages button the ID's begin at #1601 up to #6668

I guess you're not looking from inside of the BarTender application.

AdamJems: I guess the creation of a ticket is a configuration setting in the system that receives the email from BarTender, rather than anything to do with our software itself and therefore is out of the scope of our ability to help you.
