Hi All,

Is it possible to have a dropdown menu as a query prompt rather than having to type a query?

  Currently we only support a text input box form control for the query prompt. It is in the BarTender wish list to support other form controls like drop down lists, but we don't support this yet inside of BarTender.
  
  If you are using the Automation edition or above, one option is to create a custom front-end form application using Visual Basic. This front-end form application would be programmed to control BarTender via the .NET or COM automation interface; to input the data from the user, including the query prompt, and then print.
