    For such images I would recommend the PNG format as opposed to JPG which is better suited to photos.  The fuzzyness is probably caused by the background of the image not being explicitly white, the printer driver then based on its own graphics reproduction settings, might then end up printing a greyscale reproduction of this off-white background.

     

    In general PNG is great for this type of bold, drawing, screen graphic, while JPG is best for photographs.

    I have this same issue; but I am printing the same label from 2 different servers.  The clear one, the user prints manually, the blurred is printed using commander from our ERP system.  The label was simply copy /pasted to the commander server with a text file added for commander to kick off.  Here is what shows:


    Is this a difference in printer drivers?  how can I resolve?  Thank you for any help.

    Stephanie: Open the document on your server, from the Print dialog click the "Document Properties" button, and from under the "Graphics" tab select "none" for the dithering.  Be sure to then save the document to keep the changes.  If you print manually from BarTender on the server does it not print as you want, as well as via Commander?
