I have over 200 label files. I want it to print automatically 1 label when i open a file and the data is getting update.

  I'm not sure I exactly understand the question, but you may find that the Print Station works well for you.
  
  You could put all 200 files in one folder linked to the print station, set each one to "Update sub string after print" and then you can select these files as you need them from the Print Station. Your label will print and update the numbers in that file.

  NRyder has provided Print Station option for you. Not sure if other options will work for you. If you are doing seralization, tick "Update sub-string after print" checkbox.
  
  There are few options for your references
  
  1. Command line: You can write a batch file to loop through 200 labels. Double click on the batch file to execute to print all labels.
  
  Test single label printing first
  "C:\Program Files\Seagull\BarTender Suite\bartend.exe" /AF="D:\Format1.btw" /P /X
  
  
  Command line might not be the best choice for huge printing job.

  Thanks for your reply
  I don't need to print all 200 labels at the same time, just the label i will select and it should print after every time the database is changing for example one text field on all the labels named total price and data source is setup to database from an excel file i want each time the excel change the data info the label that is open in bartender or i selected some wear else (commander, print station, etc) to print one label
