What happens when "not able to print"?
Would the printer shows error? Is the text not printed (left blank)? or print job just disappears and the printer doesn't respond?
Create a new document with small text with Opentype / truetype or picture / image / barcode to see which object troubles.

No print from printer. We enabled status monitoring to see if there is any error. When we print bartender format with Open type fonts then status shows as 'Offline' and nothing is printed from printer but prints successfully when we print bartender format with printer fonts.
All this test is done using single bartender format with just 3 fields. when we change any of the fields font to Open type(Arial) then it wont print.

OpenType Text are send as graphics. For some reason, the printer does not accept graphics.
- Factory reset the printer to see if that's the printer's temporary issue. Or replace the printer if you have the same model.
- Disable all optimizations from Print dialog > performance tab.
- You can try graphics encoding from Print dialog > Document properties > Graphics > encoding, switching that may affect how OpenType image will be sent.
For deeper troubleshooting, you can record print code from Print dialog > Printer properties > Tools > Logging options.
You can send the recorded printer code to printer to reproduce the issue, via Printer properties > Tools tab > Actions > Send file to printer.

Sir, is there anything to do with the firewall. I mean is there anything related to firewall for this issue.

Thanks for you suggestion Sir but we are not allowed to disable the firewall. Will bartender use any other port other than TCP/IP 9100 to communicate with the Printer? Please refer if there is any documentation on how bartender communicates with the printer?
We are able to print the same bartender format in the printer(same model) which is within our firewall. So we are assuming there is something to do with firewall. It would be helpful if we get to know how bartender communicates with the printer. so that we can enable all those things in firewall for this printer. Please suggest.

Sir as u said its blocking due to graphics in our data , if printer is not accepting graphics at least it should print rest of the data other than data. or at least Blank page, but No print out is generated.So we are suspecting Firewall is blocking this request if there is some graphics in the data. Can you please help with how this Graphics will be sent to the printer from bartender or how the graphics is interpreting with the printer. Please Suggest.

If you changed Print dialog > Document properties > Options > Encoding and that doesn't help at all, then there's no other way of altering graphic sending.
I would ask firewall's support, with sending recorded print code.
