    Are you setting an explicit value for the number of identical copies to print in the print action properties?  If you set nothing here then it will use whatever is set in the BarTender document file itself.

    Yes, it is set to 1. Please see the integration file attached, is there something set to print twice the same labels?

    I see you're using an Excel xls file for the event trigger.  To be honest the Integration Platform isn't best suited to printing labels where data is sourced from such a trigger event file that is linked to a BarTender document is a static way,  Certainly it doesn't scale as if you have trigger events in quick succession, or at the same time, the whole solution will break with unpredictable results.  Instead you should have Excel export the worksheet as a CSV file, as then the Print Document action can be configured to source the record data from the CSV via the "Database Overrides" option being enabled for the "Integration Input Data" item.

    Ok! I see. Unfortunetely my sales program, which I use to generate prices for labels exports data to xls file only. But thanks for help, will see what I can do.
