Print driver for CAB Squix for DPL?
Is there a driver out there that we can get to make our CAB printers understand DPL, which we understand is now going away ? We aren't using bartender in between, its coming form a SAS system to the printer and currently only working on legacy honeywell products. Any help would be appreciated!

Use an appropriate Datamax driver, that will send the labels in DPL that the CAB will then convert internally into commands it understands. The CAB drivers just send the commands in CAB Programming Language

Ok I see the concept but I'm not sure how I'd load a datamax driver and get the cab to use it? Just install a datamax driver in windows under that printer?

I have assumed that the CAB printer you have has DPL emulation built into it. If this is the case then you may need to enable this mode on the printer if it doesn't do it automatically and once set, whenever you send a label file to the printer in DPL it will just print it. You would just need to load the driver the same way you would the CAB driver and just make sure that it is "pointed to"/connected to the right port on the PC
