Editing Data In Database Fields
I am printing labels from an *.csv file. When I select print from the Web Print Server, I have a Data Entry Form appearing where the user can select the number of copies. I am also displaying the record in the *.csv file. Is there a way that I can let the user edit the data in the fields of the Data Entry Form before printing? I can do this if I print straight from Bartender, but when I print from the Web Print Server the fields will not allow entry.

Hi,
Unfortunately Web Print Server doesn't support update of database value on data entry. this is due to nature of printing system - after [Print] pressed on web page (data entry), it creates print order and add to queue.
Then web print server process queue - open the document and database, substitute field by data and print.
There's some limitations in data entry from Web Print Server - see P.19 Label Format Design Considerations, of below.

If you need the same functionality BarTender application does, consider install BarTender client on the PC and use Print Station.
You can store documents in SQL server (Librarian) then print from multiple PCs by referencing from Print Station.
