Query Prompts

I have recently started using the batch tool to print the barcodes for our business. 

 

Some of our Barcodes have a query prompt which we would print directly from Bar Tender. 

 

I have noticed that this is a function within the batch maker tool but when I load my labels that have a query prompt a message pops up saying there are no prompts in this document?

 

Please advise :)

  Are you confusing database query prompts (database setup --> Query tab) with the Data Entry Form inside the label document?

  Not used Batch Maker very much myself but I take you have enabled Data Entry from the Overrides tab?
