Problems Deactivating License
We've upgraded from a 3 printer license to a 10 printer.
I was told to deactivate the current licesne and them reactivate with a new product key they've sent me.
The server doesn't have interent access so i deactivated it on the website. This went through ok, however when I go onto the server to reactivate it, its still only showing the deactivate option.
Are you able to help?

Sorry forgot to mention that then we now use Bartender it says "we aren't connected to the seagull server and after 3 days it will stop printing label until a connection is established to the server".

have bartender 2016 but suddenly on the pc print server license experienced disk failure and lost data and did not have time to do the deactivation license process. now the computer has replaced the new hard drive and I reinstalled bartender can not because it is considered still active.
does anyone have a solution to a problem like this? please help

It Helmi: In this case, you need to get in contact with Technical Support (https://support.seagullscientific.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for help. Note that activation issues are still covered even if the software version is out of support.
