Database Maintenance Blocked By Bartender

I found the database maintenance job never stop and the sql management studio shows the job was blocked by bartender service. (Bartender, history explorer, 5 of them)

  What edition/version/build of BarTender are you running?

   

  Is the system database (SQL Server) on the same computer as where you're running the BarTender maintenance?

   

  The BarTender system service handles the system database transactions.  Make sure that it logs on with an account that has sufficient access to the SQL Server and the database in question.
