Easiest Question Ever Seguir

Hi There,

I'm sure this is super easy and something I'm just missing, but I'm simply trying to create a full label sheet of barcodes. I have no issues selecting the proper size/amount of labels, but upon selecting them I can only get one label to appear instead of the entire sheet as shown in the attached SS. How do I set-up/print the entire sheet? I'm using the basic version if that is of any help.

Thanks!

David,
Are you looking to print a page of barcodes on a standard address label stock? See the SS below. I think you need to select a multi-label label stock and then print multiple copies of the labels.

John,

Yeah that is the plan, but when I select the stock I still end up with the same page, where I only have 1 visible label. I would like to set-up different bar codes on every label of the page, but can not get it to display more than 1 label per page regardless of which stock I choose.

Thanks!

David,
Did you try printing more than one label?

In order to set up different layouts per label on the sheet, you may have to trick the program into thinking it's just printing one large label, and lay your barcodes out spaced correctly. This MAY also be doable using the multiple template option, I'm not sure.

If you're just hoping to change the barcode a little bit (serializing, etc) per label, you'd be best off to learn the serialization or data file functionality of BarTender to change each label how you need it.

If you set up a number of labels per page, you won't be able to see them on the same design screen all together but instead you will only see one label and when printing you'll get the specified number of copies.

In your case you would want to use different templates on your document (only accessible if working with BarTender v10). You would still not be able to see them all together at the same time at design time (like they appear on the print preview) but you would get each different template on a different tab (in the same place as where "Data Entry form" tab is). Using the template feature and creating the needed number of templates you'll get all of them printed for each copy you send to the printer. You can design and set up each template differently accessing them through their named tab (although all with the same page size and settings).

For more information on the template feature please take a look at the below white papers:
