Using Wps
I've got WPS working on the computer that I've installed it on, but cannot access it from any other computer on the network. How do I log on the WPS from other computers on the network? I need to be able to access it from a pocket pc device on the same network using its web browser.

1. How have you installed and configured Web Print Server?
2. Have you configured the permission for your IIS WebPrint user account?
3. Have you Installed a CUPS Driver on the Client?
4. Are you able to run Web print Server from the PC where BarTender Web Print Server is installed?
Please, make sure that you have followed all the steps from our White Paper:

Try with http://ComputerName/BT-WPS from your web browser.
"ComputerName" needs to be replaced with the name of the server where BT-WPS has been installed.

Because I'm on the same network I wouldn't have to use CUPS, I have shared with everyone the BT-WPS directory and files. Everything should be ready to go as I can access it from the actual localhost. Would it be the fact that I'm connecting using an iPhone? This is getting desperate as I have a demo with this tomorrow at 8:30am EST. I am inputting http://VINLAPTOP/BT-WPS in my iPhone, maybe there is another location I should be looking at? The instructions on the actual address to log onto is very vague, the manual is very hard to follow for connecting to the BT-WPS. Any help would be much appeciated and very urgent.

Maybe are you using Safari as Internet Browser? If yes can you let me know which version? In newer versions of Safari, Safari has tightened restrictions on local file access from Java applets.
Please, try browsing to the Safari Preferences, go to the Security tab and select Manage Website Settings. On the left-side, select Java, and on the right-side, select the WPS website. In the dropdown list, select the "Run in Unsafe Mode" option. Afterward, everything should now work correctly.0
