    Hi, Mishkakc:

You can setup a query propmt to achieve what you want

Step 1: Connect to the right database through Bartender
Step 2: On the File-> Database Connection Setup-> Click on “Query” Tab
Step 3: Setup a New Prompt
Step 4: On the Query Prompts screen, put the Query name(For example: Part number query) and Print-time user Prompt(For example: Part Number) in

Step 5: Test with File->Print Preview

It will show the corresponding location in the database for the selected part number

    Thanks!

    Hi Susan,

Followed your instructions and it works, thanks.

    Just one more question though.

Here are the steps I need to take to print my label.

Click on Print - Print Wizard - Enter Data for Query window opens
I now type in the part number and click Prompt
Print Wizard - Prompt Dialog window opens
I then type in the Part Number (again), Quantity, and Employee #
Click Print and we get our label with the correct information.

Is there a way to enter the part number only once?

    Thanks
