If you want to print three copies per record from your database then just setup the label in a regular way, but at print time specify a quantity of three for the identical copies via the Print dialog.  Although for newer software, the following videos should help you as the process isn't that different for your version:

Thanks for the reply. I apologize I was not clear in my initial post. I'm not trying to print 3 copies per record; instead I'm trying to print 3 different fields of a record, each on their own label. Because the labels I'm using are so small, only 1 field can fit on each label. Can this be done?

    Example:

If database contains 4 columns: Column A, Column B, Column C, Column D. I will look up record by Column A value. Then I want to print 3 labels: Column B, Column C, and Column D, each on a separate label.

    Thanks for your help!

How many labels are there across the web?  If there are three then set the entire row of three labels as a single label in the BarTender page setup.  You'd then arrange objects on the layout in order for them to print on their respective labels.  Trying the same technique over individual rows of one label won't work due to printer limitations.  You could probably workaround that in newer versions of BarTender thanks to the multiple templates per document feature, but v6.12 is not able to do that.
