How To Keep Fields In Data Entry Form The Same Between Each Print
Hi
I have just created a Label with Data entry fields.
When i check the setting to keep the Data entry form open after each print the fields go back to the default text that is set on the template.
Is there anyway for it to keep all the field text the same after each print so i can have the ability to make a small adjustment on one of the fields before i print the next label?
Also is there a way on the Data Entry Form to have a print qty box?

(assuming you are using 2016)
If you go into the Properties of your Data Entry field and select the Data Entry option on the left hand side , tick the "Remember Value for Next Time" box near the top of the screen.
Also is there a way on the Data Entry Form to have a print qty box? >>>>> Add a number field on your Data Entry form and in the Properties of the field link this to "Copies", which should be near the top of the list of fields.
In earlier versions the "Remember Value....." is called something like "Update Default Reply" which the number of labels is a bit more complex (options button to the right of the number entry field on the Print Screen, change to Set by Data Source and then click on the Data Source now on the left and use the Transforms to add the Data Entry box for the users).

Thanks very much for your reply. And it fully makes sense. However i think maybe my version of Bartender is not the same.
I am running Ultralite V10.1 for Agrox Printers.
Do you think this is my problem. Because i have scoured through all the properties and cannot see any options like this.

the help is saying there should be a 'Transforms" tab but i cannot see it appear anywhere on my software.

Sorry i just managed to find it. I was looking in the Data Enry Form Tab instead of the Template Design Tab.
