Multiple Records on the same label
I would like to print multiple records on a single label. E.g. first name, last name. One heading for each record "First Name" and "Last Name." When printing I would like to use the record select option to select several records (e.g. 10 records) and would like all 10 records to print under the headings on a single label

Under the Database Connection Setup option there should be a Records per Item tab and if you configure this then you can add the fields on for multiple records to your label.
You may also want to look at whether using a Page Template maybe the better way for you. With this you configure the page to have multiple individual labels on and can also include header and footer details
For example with the record selection set to selected at print time and 4 records chosen:
