SQL statement update
I'd like to update an existing SQL statement. The existing option allows me to modify the statement after I check the check box "Specify a custom SQL statement (advanced)." A message warns that the change is not permanent. If I save and close the template the initial SQL statement appears next time.

I added a new column in the database fields. I cannot add the new column in the SQL statement which is grayed out.

it sounds like the connector is not picking up the change in the database, you could try removing the database and re-adding it and then see it the field appears in the fields list and SQL statement

I can click on the Custom checkbox. This removes the grey color and allows me to edit the SQL query. Thus, I can print labels. If I close the template file and reopen it in the BarTender app, the SQL statement has the Custom checkbox unchecked and it has lost the new column addition. This brings me to the starting point: I need to click again the Custom checkbox, etc.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your support.
