Serialization
I print a barcode on a label, and I want it to be printed in a serialized way. Is there any command to print it this way?
They always come out in a mess and it slows down the production of my work.

You can enable serialisation via the Transforms tab in the properties of the field that need to be serialised.
If you are using a Seagull driver and an imbedded device font then you should be able to instruct BarTender to allow the printer to serialise the field on the label when it prints. Without this BarTender will send down a file that say includes 1000 sequential labels whilst with this enabled it will send down one smaller file that tells the printer to printer one label 1000 times with a field that increments.
