Need to raise a ticket about activation issue
I've got a Bartender 2019 license, and deactived it from an old computer last week. But when I tried to activate it on the new computer via web browser, it said this product key is actived on another computer and need to be deactivated first.
I know this kind of issue need to use web-form support, but how can I submit the ticket if the support plan is overdue. Here it said activation and license key issues won't require active support plan, but I didn't find any "raise ticket" or "submit" button in the page
