Provisional activation how many times is it allowed?

I have already done one provisional activation when we upgraded to Bartender 2022. We have been purchased by another company and will be moving to a new PC on a different domain which will mean a new install on a different PC and will have to do a provisional while the transfer is going on. Or will this be considered a "Move" I understand the 3 moves over the course of the license. I have the automations version installed.

  Provisional Activations are only able to be used once. It is counted when an activation and deactivation is performed:
