I am trying to replicate a Bill of Lading form from an older app.

Many portions populate based inputting a few fields and a query of an sql db. Can use some assistance on how to proceed.  I did the odbc connections to the DB, tha part is good, but need to know which control(s) are best to grab data and display.  Regarding the printing aspects there are two, one is a label and the other a page, not both printed at the same time.
