Label not respecting label length
Hi, I have 2 label templates that are called by an manually trigged integration and printed on the same Datamax O'Neil I-4212e Mk II roll stock thermal transfer printer. The labels are die cut with a gap between labels.
One label is 100 x 149 and the other is 100 x 130. Each has a 1.5mm gap top, bottom and both sides.
One template always prints to the 149L label and the other to the 130L label. Manual roll change for each as required.
Recently I had to reinstall the printer and this has resulted in the text for the 130L label acting like it is printing on the 149L stock so it starts too far up the label (seems to be top justified) and runs onto the next label, then starts the next label in the same manner at the next gap. If I load the 149L roll stock then it prints all on the one label and is correctly justified at the top (but obviously has a 19mm gap at the bottom as the roll stock is incorrect for the template).
The printer is set with a label length of 130mm (also tried 133mm). The stock and label size in both templates is correct. The printer is set to gap detection which it does fine at all times.
I have power cycled the printer to no effect. I can use the vertical offset to get the print to line up however it affects both templates then and then the other one is not correct.
Can anyone give me a direction to look as it seems as though the page size is not being passed to the printer? I am using the latest Bartender print drivers for this printer.
Any help much appreciated.
