Hi,

We are having problems with Error 1401. We are waiting 7 days for the unused printer to drop off and free up a license. The printer was originally USB connected and since been ethernet connected with static IP address and the USB connection removed. 

However the old USB connection refuses to drop off even after waiting 7 days. We dont wish to purchase additional licenses.

How can I ressolve this problem as we are currently unable to print to this printer.
