ISBT 128 Donor Identification Number
I'm new to creating ISBT 128 barcodes, and we have a client that wants a specific type of ISBT that has the final number in the box (I don't know it's specific name) as a letter, but when I use BarTender I keep getting a number inside that box. All I can find through a web search is this is a Donor Identification Number data structure? I don't know where in BarTender to specify that type of structure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please forgive my lack of terminology knowledge.

Are you using the ISBT sample barcode format?
The keyboard check character is a modulo 37 check digit I believe calculated based on the values of some of the other data components in the rest of the barcode. Depending on these other elements it can therefore be either alpha or numeric from what I can see

Hi,
Yes I'm using the ISBT sample format. Ok, then I guess it's how it's all calculated then! I thought it would always come out as a letter. Thanks!
Also, would you happen to know how to add the line (or bar) width reduction to the code?

I assume you mean adjusting these settings?
You may need to check that the symbol is still in compliance with the ISBT barcode spec if you adjusting these
