Printer Maestro Services -The service cannot accept control messages at this time

Dear Bartender Community

I just installed bartender 2022 R8 in a new Windows server,

Windows Specifications: 2019 Version 1809 OS Build 17763.5329

Installed RAM 8.00 GB

System Type 64-Bit operating system

The printer drivers and printers are also installed in this same server.

I'm trying to use the Printer Maestro but I receive this error message:

If I try to restat or Stop the services then I receive this other error message: "The service can not accept control messages at this moment"

Another collaterial issue detected is on print Jobs: "Print Jobs Status: Unknown"

Things that I have tried already to resolve the issue are:

1 -Stop all dependency services. (Same error detected)

Same error:

2 -Reinstall Bartender 2022 R8 - Option :Repair (Same error after the repair was completed)

I dont know what else to try here. Any guidance , help will be more than welcome
