Conditional formatting
I would like to know if it is possible to conditionally format a text field based on its content.
For example, if it said APPROVED the text would be green, if on the contrary it said REJECTED it would be red.

I think you should be able to use a Document Level VB script to do this but I have not been able to get this to work so a simpler alternative would be to add two extra layers to the label, one with the word Approved in green and the other rejected in red but with both text objects placed in the same location on the label (unlike my image below). Each of those layers could then be set to print conditionally when the appropriate value is selected/entered.
