GS1 128 validation
I am confirming the scanning of the below barcode thru Cognex App. The barcode, date, and lot must appear in a seperate line, and not all in one line.

The barcode has been created incorrectly as the brackets should only appear in the human readable and not in the code itself (like the AI 01 at the start of the string). If you use the GS1 application wizard then that should help you to create a valid barcode.

Thanks for the feedback. I created one thru the wizard and this is what I received. Same scenario on scanning and the 1st one.
