How to specify which order to use templates

I have a document where I'm trying to use the same template twice, where the 2nd copy of the template is flipped upside down. I'm trying to tell the program when to use the 1st and when to use the 2nd but every time I try to go through the template options and tell it what value to look for in page setup it acts almost like I'm missing all the other values on the label. What do I do? If there are questions about my question I can specify after.

  I sometimes have fun and games trying to work my way through the Print When logic and usually fall back on linking the conditional commands based on a Data Source on the label I have made a Named source as that seems to help
