different print output when using integration
We use integration by getting the data from a database, using printername, number of copies and the bartender btw.-file as variable inputs. The btw is getting the data also from a database source.
After filling the database source we can print the labels without issue from the bartender designer. When using the integration, teh print job runs on the right printer, but there is sometimes something like an offset and the fields on the label are printed some mm too high. Other isue is, that the fields itself are printed much too big when we print with integration. It seems, as the integration is using a wrong printer driver.
How can we assure, that the result from the integration is the same as printing with the designer?

Is the Integration using the same driver and are you getting duplicate devices appearing in the printer list in Administration Console? If they are both using the same driver it could be an issue with access rights to the printer. Designer will use the rights inherited from the user who is logged on a performing the print operation whilst the Integration will use the rights of the user account that is running the BarTender Print Scheduler system and this, by default, is the Local System account on the PC/server. Especially with networked devices this user account may not have full access/control over the driver and so this could cause performance issues
