I do not think that is possible directly.

You could use an Action to print each label in full to PDF at the same time as the label prints if that would help

Thank you for your response! But my client requires the exact dimensions of the barcode, for example, a barcode height of 40mm and a length of 75mm. However, in BarTender, only the height can be precisely adjusted, while the length always follows a certain ratio. Therefore, I export the barcode as an image, then adjust the image size and import it back into the file for batch printing. Is there any other way to adjust the barcode length as desired?

The "ratios" in BarTender are the X dimension of the barcode, or the size of the smallest element of the barcode. This in turn is governed by the resolution of the printer and BarTender (by default) will only allow you to choose an X dimension that will result in a correctly printed barcode being produced. Changing this, or using a different resolution to produce the codes will effect the quality of the symbol and can cause it to be unreadable as the bars and spaces can be outside of the specification of the symbology or not printed clearly enough.

It could be that your client needs to use a different DPI printer to produce the barcodes of the size that desire.

Saying that there is a way to override the default X dimensions being used but it is not advisable to use due tot he issues it can cause.

"I understand that. I checked after printing to ensure that the barcode quality is minimally affected. If that's the case, I think I will still export the images as before. Anyway, thank you very much!"
