How to assign database fields beyond the first row under the header in Excel to an object
As title states. I do not see any options, at least none that make sense to me, to assign a Database field that isn't in the first row under the header. I searched here for about 30 minutes before asking this question. When I assign a database field to an object, there is no option beyond the database field name. I saw in the records per item tab of the database setup window where it says, and I quote, "Additional records beyond the first one can be selected by using a name like "FieldName [2]". I tried that and I just get a red X in the object field on the template. I believe that's multiple fields for a single object. I can see all the rows in the record browser and the filter tabs but am not sure if there is a way to get them in the database field selections. So for example in header name JobNumber, I want to print the value from the 5th row down. How would I format my database to allow acces to that row? I am new to Bartender and am just figuring things out but have hit a wall here.
Thanks.

When connecting a database to a label you link the fields (columns) to the appropriate fields on the label but the actual record selection is dealt with at print time by either configuring a filter or selecting the records from a table:
For the above the File Print Screen would usually be configured to have the Queried Records set to all whilst if you are using the table method you would either have it set to Selected of Selected at Print time to get something like this
