deactivate the license key to new PC

I already deactivate the license key from the old PC, when I installed it on new PC, come an error #807, please assist

  I would double check you are typing in the correct product code for the version of BarTender you have installed. If the old version was 2019/2021 or 2022 then the PKC will work but if it is an older version of BarTender you will need to install the matching version as your licence. You may need to use the Submit a Request option to access the old installer file if it is prior to a 2019 file and you no longer can locate the installer on your system already
