Although the generated file from my application already has a field called 'count', this should be overridden by the number found on the 'amount' field.

I am getting the error: Cannot run the 'Print Document' action because the copies per serial number value of 'amount' is invalid. Please specify a valid number and then run the action again.

You need to link the Copies value in the label template (print screen) to the field in the database that contains the value and also make sure there is no C=... command in your command script.

    # This would be similar if using serialised labels and having no S= command in the script file

How do I link the Copies value in the label template to the field in the database? Is this done in Integration Builder?

I get that there should be no C= in the command script since this specifies the number of labels to be printed.

Thanks for your response. I appreciate it.

Also, are you referring to a print screen or the 'Print' dialog box in BarTender? Because if it is a picture of your screen showing what you're referring to, I cannot see it in your reply.

It is the screen in your third different post about this that I was referring to and looks like you have linked the copies to the database already
