Hi! My hard drive crashed completely, and I had it replaced, so now I have no access to my original version of BarTender.  When I tried to install it on my new hard drive, it asked for my “Product Key Code,” but I don’t have access to it.  I logged into my BarTender account, trying to ask for help, but to submit a request, it says I need a “Support Number,” which I can’t do because I don’t have access to BarTender.  It also won’t let me call or chat. 

How am I supposed to get help?
