Hi Everyone.. This was a head scratcher, but it made total sense once i did some digging. 

I received a bartender file (btw) to make some changes.

When I went to Print Preview, I got this message

Couldn't figure out the issue... the file used a SQL statement and was showing records...

Turns out when I looked under the Print Option.. The selected Record was 148... and there were only 125 records generated in the SQL statement

Pressing the Select Records option, and unselecting and reselecting the records 

changed the option to all.. and selected records = 1

and was able to print preview and print just fine.
