fault install of printer

I have a customer who has purchased licenses for their four ships with two printers each.
On one ship they have apparently started installing a printer but have not completed it.
But the license sees it as three printers, "see picture" how do I get out of this??
I can't see this printer and uninstall it. Will it disappear on its own in 7 days??
