I have two BTW files that are connected to one data source. I want the user to choose which records they want to print. The records they choose determine which file is used for printing. The difference between the two files is the size of the label that is printed and the printer that is used. I have read the help docs for ProcessBuilder but I cannot figure out how to use the record picker in the first file to trigger both files to print. The first file triggers and prints without problem but I get an error message when the second file attempt to print, "print job did not complete due to the following error: The following places reference a nonexistent field [UPC]". I have checked "Copy data source values to variables at end of print job." I used the prefix BTDS. I then checked "Specify values for named data sources" and used the value %BTDS_UPC%. I have tried many different things on the different files but I cannot get any file to print after the first file successfully prints. I would appreciate any guidance on this. Thank you.
