2 separate licenses on one licencing Bartender server Automation 2022
Is it working correctly when adding an extra new license for 10-printers Automation Bartender 2022 on an existing 25-printer Automation Bartender 2022.
Do we need to configure an separate Printing pool ?
I try to figure out it will work correctly for 35 printers when doing this.
(because of the high cost of maintenance penalty, or can we get a merge of licenses when buying a new license, the 25-printer license maintenance is expired since 20 months)
It is big difference.
Would be nice to merge to keys for free in this case.
They didn't subscribe the maintenance because the person was aware of the importance.

You can have multiple licences controlled by the same Administration Console. Splitting the printers into Printer Pools probably is worthwhile as the client installs will be connected to one of the two licences.
You would need to speak to your reselIer or approach Seagull Sales team but i expect they would be able to merge the two licences into one, ie effectively adding the the 10 printers to the 25 licence. From experience, you would need to have Maintenance in force on both licences to achieve this and concurrent renewal dates but going forward this would yield a small saving on subsequent renewals as you would then only have one application licence under Maintenance
