BHP OD BarTender | Number of users and printers for a 2022 BarTender License

Hi Team,

we have this license Support Number is currently activated on a BarTender 2016 machine, with a provisional activation on BarTender 2022, set to expire in June 2025.
 
This is active license which we have.

So, our BarTender 2016 is completely converted to BarTender 2022? and BarTender 2016 is not active anymore?

If yes, how many users can install or use with new BarTender 2022 app and how many printers can use with one license?

  Hi Jagadeesan,

  Welcome to the BarTender community forum!

  Two possible scenarios can occur at the end of your provisional licensing period. After either 30 or 180 days pass (depending on your edition):

  • If both the computer hosting your original licensing and the computer hosting your provisionally activated license are active, the original license will remain activated while the provisional license will expire and cease to function.
  • If the original license is deactivated before the end of the provisional license period, the provisional license will automatically become the only active license.
