Changes to Template not Flowing to Printers
I'm absolutely stumped. We're trying to adhere to FDA regulations by having a clear indicator of where our products are being made at (company name and mailing address at bottom of label). We've made the changes on our primary template in Bartender. The print preview clearly shows our changes. I've made sure that the changes have been saved. When our employees print out labels for our products, the labels do not reflect the changes we made to the template.
Thoughts?

It could be the labels are cached on the printer with these as fixed fields, try adjusting these settings on the File>Print>Performance screen and save the label with these turned off

I did attempt the changes and still cannot get the changes to flow down to the printer properly. I'm starting to think it's over my head and beyond my expertise. I'm going to see if I can get an elevated level of support from Bartender to assist.

I take it you have checked they are opening the latest version of the label you have modified and not using a format that is saved elsewhere?

After talking with Bartender support, it looks like the issue is with the printer code template. We're working with another vendor (AbeTech) to get our printer code template regenerated so we can proceed from there.
