Help with Seagull Scientific Printer Setup Issues
Hi all,
I'm having a bit of a problem installing my printer with Seagull Scientific software. I'm running the latest version of BarTender, and although the software appears to be functioning normally, I just can't seem to get my printer to connect. The printer is detected, but when I attempt to print, I receive an error message indicating "Printer not found" or it simply won't print anything at all. I’ve tried rebooting the system, reinstalling the drivers, and checking all cables, but no luck so far.
Has anyone had this problem before? Is there some step I'm overlooking in the setup process? I've read through the BarTender setup guide and the troubleshooting advice on the Seagull website, but the issue continues. I'm hoping that someone can walk me through this or post any solutions that helped them. It's getting pretty frustrating, since I need to get this printer working for a critical task.
