Print Portal - Cannot see Scale

Hello,

We have created a scale form to read a scale and print the results to a label along with some information coming from our database. It works from the desktop however when we use Print Portal the label does not show the scale. When we print the label it just prints the default information.

  Hi Rob,

  I know some BarTender functionality was not available in earlier releases of 2016 such as dynamic print previews on data entry forms although I have not had a chance to retest this in the more upto date releases and so it maybe worth putting a request/query in with your regional Tech Support team and see if this is possible. As the scale input is normally handled the same way then this could be the case here too.

  Unfortunately, this feature currently is not available yet in Print Portal as of BarTender 2016 R7. We already have filed a feature request with our development team. Hopefully, we can get this feature added in a future release of BarTender.
