Error before Printing with WebPrint

We're using version 10.1 and the server has 2016 Bartender Web Print Server.  We're getting "The print request failed or was cancelled. "The process cannot access the file C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\BP-WSP\Temp\print_731d90d0..."  The label prints, but we don't want to see this message.  We created the Temp folder above, but are still getting the Error Message.  How do we stop this error message from showing up on the Portal?  Thanks!
